Update not showing up via OTA on 7 Plus, 10.2b3. People are saying it's in dev center, though.

If that is the case. It is most likely public release material, and devs are just getting it early. Which means there will probably not be a PB4.

I have the dev beta profile installed, so it's probably just dev center for now and OTA later.

Or its dev center only. Typically beta is released OTA and dev center at same time.

Sometimes OTA comes at a bit of a delay for various releases.

Showing in my Dev acct but not on the phone (7 Plus) or iPad (mini 4, iPad 3).

Watch Beta 4 isn't showing yet either.

-Minor derailing of this thread, but are the watchOS betas worth installing? The update for my series 1 from 3.0 to 3.1 took at least half an hour, so I can't imagine updating between betas is much better.

I've stayed away from betas on the watch. Ive known too many people that have had their watches bricked.

That and as you pointed, the long install time.

Yes it will as iOS Beta 4 isn't a prerequisite for watch Beta 4

They always say that. But its usually within a few minutes. Its been almost 30, I'm thinking its dev center only. Then they update the article once OTA is available.

Where does it say that. I have never once seen a watch beta update with installing the iOS update first.

Where does it say it's a prerequisite? Once they release it OTA I will screenshot the watch app and my current phone version to demonstrate.

The only time an iOS is a prerequisite is on a major version change. So watch OS 3 beta required iOS 10 beta. But every update since hasn't required the iOS update prior.

Protip: If you update to beta 4 via iTunes, remove the Dev Profile from your Settigns, as it will start downloading beta 3 again on software update.
