iOS 10.2 Home app bugs?

So I've noticed after the 10.2 update, my home app crashes when I try to do two things:

1. Group Devices
2. Create new Automation using "When an accessory is controlled" or "A Sensor Detects something"

I've been able to create the automation using the Eve app, but not Grouping Devices :-(

Is anyone else having these problems?

I'm not 100% sure it's a 10.2 bug or my thermostat but my ecobee3 keeps saying no response in the HomeKit app but it works in my other apps just fine.

I did this yesterday. I deleted my thermostat and living room hue bulbs from HomeKit and then repaired them and its working again....for now. Its probably worth mentioning that I am running Apple's beta software on both my iOS devices as well as my 2015 MacBook.
