I want a "Spotify Connect" feature that allows you to use the Music app as a remote for the desktop version of Apple Music / iTunes.

    The current Remote app sucks.

The only things I care about are as followed:

    1. Reduce the damn heavy noise reduction that is applied to all photos taken outside of RAW format, it's horrible and this is the reason why the PIXEL is the camera to beat.

    2. Improve the performance on the 7/7+, there's no reason why the latest and greatest from Apple is lagging to pull up iMessage threads, lags when the keyboard comes up in iMessage or the heavily discussed home button animation animation.

How would you implement a dark mode? Just out of curiosity. I want to see the feedback of the users that want it. Because I can not wrap my head around a way that would offer a good looking and consistent interface.

I assume 10.2 is going to introduce the TV app.

Yes. Why can't I toggle settings like Low Power Mode or VPN from Control Center?
Luckily I can't miss the Night Shift button.
I've use the Orientation Lock button maybe.....oh wait, never.

Or maybe I can turn on/off cellular settings in control center. This feature would be useful at least for me

10.2 will be the tv app & single sign on... I don't think dark mode is coming until the OLED iPhone is released.

10.1.1 is a general release update, not a beta

The idea behind the control center is to quickly toggle features on and off that are used frequently. Low power mode is not one of them.

By this logic, then I'd ask why night shift is in there, and so large... I have never used it there (sunset/sunrise schedule) and can't believe they wouldn't have a better use for that section...

Would be nice if you could add toggles here, much like they demonstrated on the Touch Bar on the MBP during the keynote last week.

Apple can easily add a Force-touch UI to the control center toggles to let you choose from a pre-set toggles list but at this point the options are still hardcoded.

I have Night shift set to sunset/sunrise but sometimes when I'm playing games at night I toggle it off temporarily. But like I replied to Gwhizkid Apple needs to let users customize all the toggles rather than hardcode what they think would be used often.

The only time I use Airplane mode is when I travel (once a year?) so that toggle is useless to me.

LPM is easy to activate. 3D Touch on Settings, click Battery and hit the toggle.

If you don't have 3D Touch, well, it's hardly buried is it?

Well, certainly not as simple as doing it from the Control Center.

No but CC is for things you use frequently. If you find yourself turning on and off LPM, put your phone down for a second. Normal people use it once a day when their phone hits 20% or not at all.

Well, as others have said, there are plenty of people that don't use airplane mode frequently, or night shift, or screen rotation lock, etc. So the frequency is kind of neither nor there, aside from basically Apple feeling about it one way or another essentially.

    1.Dark Mode

2.3D Touchable upper row in control center

3.Further optimization to battery and performance

Its can be accomplished really .... but it all depends on Apple :p

Agree with your 2 and 3. However, I just don't see Dark Mode happening til iOS 11 (or whatever its called). This is a lot bigger change to the OS than NightShift was (try the Accessibiity setting for Invert Colors and you'll see what I mean). Moreover, as many have indicated here, it would be optimized for an OLED screens (where it's simply the "off" setting for each darkened pixel) more than it would be on a LCD screen, where you get the light leakage from the back/sidelights. Its pretty clear (at least as clear as it can be) that Apple will be switching to OLED screens next year, so why not wait til then and deliver an optimal experience. Of course, that probably means earlier gen phones won't get it.

I think it's something developers would need time to work with so dark mode would probably come with iOS 11. I can't see it being restricted only to OLED though, that would be very narrow support for something that requires that much effort.
