iOS 10.2 Yalu Jailbroken - Accessing Raw File System with iFunbox and similar apps? Fixed or not?

I wish to replace/ edit some Sprinboard files e.g IconState.plist etc.

Is there any way to get in? Any App?

Or using Win SCP?
