iOS 10.3.3. Notification Bug?

Since yesterday my iPhone 6S Plus has been crazy with the notification bar . Is there a way to fix it?

did that and still happens. I only know how to delay the process for now which is a pain of doing

Just did . Maybe it's a 10.3.3 Bug

Does this happen for ALL apps or just those two apps?
I have weather( it came preinstalled with iPhone 6s+) and Google calendar in my notifications on iOS 10.3.3 and haven't had this issue.

If it's a few apps, could be a bug in the apps from last update they have received ?

Could be. But someone else is having the same problem as me on a another thread on here

Same apps? Than perhaps those apps are buggy after their last update.
So far there only 2 of you having this issue.

I have no idea but is it possible for one single app to cause a bug for the whole phone ?
