trying to downgrade from beta 10 to 9.3.3 without losing the tivo shows i downloaded in the app and what not.

No, you'll have to do a full restore of the phone. If you have an iOS 9 backup you can revert to that but you won't even be able to use backups from iOS 10 after you restore to iOS 9.

Really wanted to save those tivo in-app downloaded videos

Actually u can. Download the 9.3.3 ipsw, and then on iTunes press alt/option+upgrade and select the 9.3.3 ipsw. U will downgrade without losing any data. I did it myself and then jailbreak. Everything works fine.
 
you can just "update" to iOS 9.3.3 but it ****ed up my iCloud Drive. I couldnt enable documents and data, like the toggle wouldnt stick and nothing would backup to the cloud cuz like i said documents and data didnt work.

However it might have been a coincidence? Good luck

Does iCloud Drive work for you? Since the other user reported issues.

When I try this it says the firmware is not compatible with my ipad.

EDIT: oops I had downloaded the wrong IPSW. Worked fine, kept my data, nice!
