ios 10 caller display

    After hours of searching I still cant get my iphone to display a first name or nickname when someone calls me. I can see the "short name" toggle, and the "prefer nickname" toggle but neither alters the caller display!!! Can anyone help me with this please???

    What are you seeing exactly? And what are you hoping to change it to?
