iOS 10 Music not downloading

Starting to love the music app but have a strange quirk......when I click on an album to download, it just sits there going round and round in circles and never downloads the music

If I thin press play on it, it looks like it is playing in the background but no sound.

Anyone out there seen this happen ?

I had to restart the phone to slowly make it download.
