Not much different from what can be done in previous (recent) iOS versions. And those things are mostly something that can be controlled and enabled/disabled by the user (also like in previous iOS versions).

This is concerning, because why even bother locking the phone when you can do mostly anything even while the phone is locked?

I think this is a huge security concern especially for people who loose their phones...

You can now interact with your iPhone or iPad without even unlocking it.

Well you cant do "mostly anything" for instance you cant get to photographs already on the phone, you cant see messages other than those in the notifications as they arrive.

If you are concerned about something in particular then you can turn it off.
