iOS 10 PB 3 duplicated contacts

I recently took the plunge and installed iOS 10 Public Beta 3 on my iPhone 6 64 GB and I just noticed today that ALL my contacts have been duplicated! Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what can be done about this?

Hello Sir, I got the same issue. But I didn't find any solution. I discovered that if I create a contact on OsX Sierra I found it on the iPhone, while if I create a contact in IOS10, I did non found in the Sierra

Only time that has happened to me is when I have sync turned on between IOS and Outlook contacts.
