Just checked and was available on my iPad and iPhone!

Thanks, but I've rebooted like 3 times, and tried at 2 different locations.

Try deleting some stuff from your phone. Like music. Apps. Podcast. It might need some sufficient space. It did that to me earlier till I deleted some stuff from my phone. Hope it helps.

Since iOS 9, iOS will automatically delete an app or two temporarily to make room for an update and then install them back after the update is finished.

So I don't think that is was the case for you or the other poster who is having an issue.

That's strange. Either a coincidence that worked or the feature of temoporarily removing apps to make room to do an OS update bugged out. (Supposed to be a pop up to confirm the action when it kicks in)

Maybe the feature isn't enabled in a beta? I guess that's also possible.
