How's your battery life? Mine is rather bad compared to 9.3.3 beta 5

7 hours usage
11 hours standby

14% left

Normally I get 10-12 hours usage and at least 20-25 hours standby

Mine is really poor on 6S+. Settings and home and lock screen biggest culprits.

Mine's great, assuming that my data is correct. I have 6 hours of usage and I'm at 79% My usage and standby time show the same amount of time though.

6s+

Yours is amazing for a beta. Hell, I can't even get 6 or 7 hours on 9.3.3.

As of right now, my battery is at 30%. My usage time is at 7:38, my standby is at 14:12. This includes steaming music for a couple hours, and a couple more hours of exercising with the GPS on. I'm pretty happy with the battery life so far. I'm on an iPhone 6+.

6S Plus, yesterday was unplugged at 11pm and by 1:15pm the following afternoon was on 12%. About 30 mins phonecalls, approx 8 hours of streaming podcasts, and some Facebook browsing. Not too bad really.

In my completely unscientific opinion it feels like battery life is slightly better on my iPhone 6.

I was on the developer branch of iOS9 and now I am on beta 2 developer branch of iOS10.

6S+ mine is much less than on 9.3.3. Turned off location services except for a few essentials and then only when using that app. Helped a little, but not by much.

Maybe slightly worse on my 6 Plus but not bad at all. And certainly not as bad as previous betas (at the same stage in development) that I've used.

There's some jitters here and there but for the most part I've not had any problems.

6S with Smart Battery Case.

I usually get 9.5-10 hours of usage with the case. I've been getting 8.5-9.5 hours, which I'm fine with.

iPhone 6

10b2 - 7 hr with 70.5 hrs stand by
9.3.2 - 9h11mins with 60.25 hrs by
8.3 - 10 hrs with 101 hrs stand by

Each release, my battery life suffered and is getting worse (phone has 185 cycles so far).

I say the battery life is not great, but is acceptable.

My 6+ is awful...it won't even fully charge in my car while using Apple Maps to get home (40 minute drive)

Was at 64% when I got home...got on my bike for a 75 minute ride listening to music the whole time (on the phone, no streaming), Strava app running recording my ride, and the occassional snap chat message with my friend....was 1% when I got home. Just glad I was able to record the whole ride.

Previously, this may have used up about 10% at best...

I've seemed to notice slower charging on my 6S. Anyone know the reason for this? Why would iOS 10 Public Beta affect this?

seems slightly better today

8 hours, 26 mins usage
13 hours standby

Mines worse for sure, but thats expected. Home and Lock screen usage way up. Maybe the raise to wake is part of that.

Kind of wished Apple would reset the usage for each item AFTER a full charge to get a better idea, not the last 24hours/7days thing.

Better than iOS 9. Usually by the start of my 2.5 mile walk home, I begin the 20% battery left pop-up notification. Since installing the beta I have not hit 20% until well after getting home and the walk is completed. *And* I've been starting my day earlier, taking the phone off the charger an hour earlier while I catch an earlier bus. Not sure if it makes any difference but I'm using an iPhone 6+ and I installed as an OTA update, not as new. Weird for a beta to increase battery life, but so far for me it has.

Mines been alright since installing but the past day has been truly horrible. Phone has constantly been burning hot, and from full charge this morning I went down to 9% in two hours of no real use other than a podcast and some music playing in the background.
