iOS 10 Public Beta: US only ?

Hello,
I've received all public betas for several months (last one was 9.3.3)
I'm trying to update it everyday, the public beta for iOS 10 has been available for several weeks now and still nothing here.
So is it available outside the US ?

Yes, of course it is.

Yes it is available everywhere. I think you have to install a new profile for it from here:

https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/

My old developer profile from iOS 9 worked also for iOS 10, but I read it's different for the public beta.

Yes they made a new public beta profile, I don't know what's the point of that but I had to download a new one

Because one profile gets you access to iOS 9 betas, the other to iOS 10.
