Not sure if this is build related or not, but the 3D Touch shortcut to “Update All” apps on the App Store icon has returned for me after being gone for months.
Edit: Gone after reboot.

Is anyone running this on the IPX? I have 11.2 beta 1 and my screen glitches pretty bad. Icons flicker and images flicker all the time. Its annoying. Wasn't sure if anyone else with the X has a similar issue.

You probably have beta 2 already (as beta 1 wasn't released for the X).

Good point.. thought beta 2 was released today.. May roll back since the screen flicker is really bad. Will try and take some video. Also the Animojis freeze when trying to use them

It was released today for the other devices basically, while the X got it on Friday.

Since it’s also only 5 builds newer than the beta 1, I doubt there are major changes. Let’s wait to seed If there are more changes. Video from everythingapplepro. ;)

To answer your original question, my X is running fine. I originally wanted to stay on official channels with it, but my restore from my SE also carried over my beta profile. Which downloaded and then threatened to install 11.2 unless I took action (no option was given in Settings > General to remove the profile).

You’ve gotta be kidding me. This is beyond obvious, and I cannot see it being intended behavior. Thanks, regardless.
Considering that they changed the control center behavior to keep Bluetooth on, causing quite a stir, they may have done this intentionally. They seem to be heavily invested in iBeacon.

That makes sense, I guess. Although this is a step back for common user experience. For whatever mental reason, I check the App Store for updates somewhat often; accordingly, this change annoys the hell out of me.

Oh, absolutely agree with you. Remember though, you don’t know what you want until Apple tells you.

The same could be said of the calculator bug... it was that way from (at least) iOS 11.0 beta 1 through 11.1 beta cycle... and Apple finally fixed it in 11.2 beta 1 because of the press coverage. How can they NOT see some of this stuff?

There's also a difference between not seeing/knowing about it and not getting to do something about it.

Wasn’t the calculator bug there in iOS 10 as well?

I'm rocking* 11.2 public beta 1 and a 3D touch on the App store icon does NOT have an "Update All" option.

*being goofy on purpose (unlike other times when it's not intentional)
[doublepost=1509998048][/doublepost]9to5Mac posted a "what's new in 11.2 beta 2" video on a few days ago when 11.2b2 became available for the X. It only noted new dynamic wallpapers. Some of us speculated that the main reason Apple made 11.2b2 available to X owners was so they could do a full restore from a pre-X iPhone that was running 11.2b1.

I'm guessing there are other changes in beta2 that some of us (probably EverythingApplePro) will find very soon. Otherwise, don't you think Apple would have simply pushed beta1 to X owners last Friday instead of beta2?
