Did this update fix the quick reply notification bug? Anyone know?

Happens when in any app and you get a text, you pull down the Notification Center and then quick reply, in the middle of typing your message the message app would just bug out and close itself making it impossible to quick reply to text messages.

Not quite but similar. This issue has happend on iOS 11.1.1 on the iPhone 7 where someone has sent me a text in middle of me watching YouTube or Facebook. I then will slide down notification centre to quick reply to them. When I’m typing the message fast the message app will just close itself which made quick replying to messages impossible. - So yeah does anyone know if it has been fixed?
