Looks like it's 15C114, so looks like it's the same as beta 6 (as more or less expected in the sense that that was likely going to be the public release version).

Has the notes bug been fixed? My notes won't open for days until I restart my iPhone so I have to restart my iPhone twice a day since the update. I don't know why iOS 11 has been so screwed FOR ME (not for everyone) along with the abysmal battery life.
