Since when did the AirPods and case start spinning on the connection overlay? Very cool.

My battery life on iOS 11 beta 9 was about 2 hours...........because thats all it took for me to get upset and uninstall with so many bugs
:(

I might give it another shot

It hasn't changed since it dropped on Thursday. I just don't understand the back and forth on the same beta release on the same device. As long as you're having fun, I suppose.

On PB 8, but very happy with it. My iphone 7 is running very smooth, quick and battery life is no different than ios 10 imo. Glad I decided to give it a try. Looking forward to the GM release or maybe beta 9 tomorrow? either way, it rocks!

New behavior on lock screen while unlocked, when tapping on a notification it will slide to a open menu instead of launching the corresponding app.

Yep. Battery life is totally not good. On iOS 10 my phone is usually in line with my BeatsX battery by end of day. Some times it out lasts it. But never really dying before it unless I used it a lot. Oh well, GM can’t come soon enough. Need to do the reset and hope for the best!

Load-it-up, there's mixed reviews; some are saying good, others saying terrible, some in between.

I'm about to load it on my iPP 10.5" WiFi+Cell, 512GB...

I may end-up having to reset all settings, maybe even a full factory restore, but I'll prolly leave that till after the GM has arrived.

I don't think those small drops will ever be fixed. They are there to lure you to buy the 7S. It's been Apple's trick for years.

Tim Cook is probably using an iPhone 8 by now
I remember when you said the same thing about iOS 10 and now it works perfectly on the iPhone 6s and SE, and even on older devices.

Hey everyone just got an iPad Pro recently and was wondering how the battery life was with iOS 11 and the iPP?

It’s Ok to good on iOS 11. I remember on iOS 10 it’s much better. Stand by is awesome. It’s just usage I’m noticing the higher drain. Especially with YouTube.

I’m just gonna wait for GM before doing any reset. But honestly performance is so good I might not worry about doing that.

Tapping on a notification still opens the corresponding app as usual. I tested when locked and unlocked.

You can also swipe or long press on notifications for more options.
Maybe you accidentally triggered a swipe?

So many I bugs still on iPad Pro 12.9, can’t believe it’s so close to gm

No downsides at all on my iPad Pro 10.5, battery life is really good, I have 15 hours of use and 38 hours of standby and 27% batery left. It almost seems Apple have done a much better job on iOS11 on the ipads than on the iPhone.

Oh my goodness! 15 hours and still 27% left! I get between 3 and 6 hours out of a full charge on my iPad Pro 9.7” which is just over 1 year old.

I think this has been mentioned before but I've tried searching and couldn't find anything.

There's a bug still present that has been persistent in the last 3/4 betas I've been using, email notifications are not swipe able in the NC, even if I try to individually swipe one or all by pressing the 'clear' button they just reappear instantly.

I've submitted it as feedback anyway it's just driving me crazy!

I just reset all settings on my iPhone 7, tired of battery not lasting a day at all anymore. Will report back.

Email notifications are swipeable for me, but the bug with cleared notifications constantly reappearing occurs for me also. It is driving me crazy to clear a week worth of notifications multiple times a day, sometimes 3 times in a row less than a minute after clearing them all. If it isn’t fixed soon I will have no choice but to resort to switching off notifications.

P.S. To clarify, it is only mail notifications which reappear.

I have experienced the same bug for around the last 3-4 betas.

When entering multitasking on a 6s+ and force closing apps to slide up, it works fine until around the 5th or 6th app, then doesn’t allow you to slide anymore.

The only way to resolve is by going back to the home screen and trying again, at which point all apps allow you to slide up to close.

Has anyone else experienced this?
