Google Photos - can not upload photos in the new file format, fix this in iOS settings: Camera > Formats > Most Compatible
Gospel Library (everything works except video playback)
Hangouts (messages sometimes get stuck behind keyboard)
Human Japanese Intermediate (photos sometimes mess up when zoomed)
KIK Messenger (was ok, but has been very unstable since dev beta 3 - crashes when new messages come in)
Moment (Loads but doesn't function right)
Plex (Most streamed video plays audio only, local playback works, some direct streams play)
Workflow (Extension in share sheet won’t load; workflows fail to receive data properly)
WhatsApp (Works with a fresh install if crashing, keyboard covers 'add media' menu)

The back button and profile image on WhatsApp have fused together. It's a UI problem but it may be harder to press the back button.

EDIT: the keyboard is covering the add media button too

I had one 32 bit app left on my iPad, the Withings Baby Monitor app. Attempting to open just says App Must be Updated for iOS 11 and doesn't open. So I'm guessing yes.
