Can someone test how much of the new iPad features the iPad mini 4 is going to get? Like the dock and drag and drop

As of right now, I can't get split screen to work, and it may be a bug:

EDIT: got it working
Split view and hover over works.
Getting the dock in-app works

I have the Air2 and I'm assuming the Mini 4 and Air 2 will have the same features, so...

Does creating an app "window" work?
Does Drag n Drop across app work?
Does Document Scan work in Notes?
How about keyboard "flicking"?

Thank you in advance!

I have iPad mini 4

Not sure what you mean by an app "window".
Do you mean dragging an app up from the dock and have the app floating without being locked-in? If so, yes... all the multitasking features work on mini 4.
Drag n Drop across app works
Didn't try Document Scan yet but I don't see why that wouldn't work (iPad mini 4 is at work so I cannot try).
Keyboard flicking (eg. to get the numbers) works great.

Put 11on my mini 4 last night. Compared to my pro it’s very laggy and a bit slow (guess that’s to be expected). I’ve found most of the features do work. Curser doesn’t seem to work correctly if you try to move it around. Of course the pen won’t work but that’s not a function of 11. Overall probably should have waited for an updated beta but for my uses it’s fine.

Multitasking and slide over barely work on my mini 4 with beta 2. It works now and again, but cannot figure out what causes it to work.

And it’s pretty slow. I’d wait until beta 3 or 4 at this point.

I ended up installing it here and it’s working rather well. Have been using it all day, it’s a little sluggish sometimes, but far from unusable.

I believe the Mini 4 offers the same options as the Air 2. I have PB 2 running on mine and it’s pretty good as far as betas go. Some lag (particularly when pulling up app switcher, and share sheets) but definitely usable.

The new iPad multitasking is proving to take a lot more getting used to than I imagined but I really like where it’s headed. I keep hitting the home button when I want to switch apps instead of pulling up the dock. And long-swiping up for the app switcher/control center can be jerky/hit-or-miss.
