iOS 11 PB4 Keyboard shortcuts

all my keyboard shortcut have disappeared when I updated from PB3 to PB4 both on my iPhone 6 and iPad 12.9. Anyone else having this issue?

There is no PB4 yet. I believe you mean you went from PB2 to PB3. Which shortcuts are you talking about?

All my text replacements/shortcuts have disappeared since going from PB2 to PB3

This bug, if you can even call it that anymore, has been going on in iOS for years.
