IOS 12.1 Can’t get Group FaceTime to work

Hi. I hve read that Group FT has been re-added to iOS 12. I have an iPhone X and have a developer Beta 12.1 installed, with no issues. However, when I go to Factime and try to add more than one person, it will not let me or it won’t let me make the audio or video call. Am I doing something wrong?

You have to connect to person 1 then you can add addition connections.

Tried that too. Doesn’t seem to be working for me.

Nailed it. I bet that is why it’s not working. . Since I am the only geek among my family and friends and the only one likely to have 12.1 (or even 12 at all), I probably worn’t be using this for the foreseeable future.
