iOS 12.2 Beta 4 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

It means this one build was sent back 6 times for bugs/revisions. It means that this one beta is not nearing public release. Still a lot of things need to be addressed.

I get the sending back part, but who's to say the bugs weren't squashed? Seems to be a backward looking nomenclature scheme, not forward looking.

F build kind of putting me off, especially on Beta 4 now. Must stand for F&*king diabolical.

I'd rather have F builds with several iterations (and most likely tighter QA cause of previous issues) than an A build with potentially overlooked issues. Doesn't have to be bad.

I never said they were not addressed, but you can't say they were because it is unknown. Regardless, a single build being sent back 6 times is rather high, especially for beta 4. That's not a positive thing.

I agree, but then they'd look like Flipboard and News Republic. It's especially bad when you put all of them in the same folder.

Things feel quite solid thus far on my little ol’ iPad Mini 4…I’ll update as things/issues progress and present themselves. Still downloading on the iPhone.

EDIT: Updated on my iPhone; running just as smoothly thus far and although I did encounter one small wifi hiccup soon after installation all seems fine now.

But the icon looks perfect for a dark mode. Imagine the white parts changing to black.

I literally just updated to beta 3, then for some reason I went and clicked on software update again, and then there was beta 4. We will see how this goes on my XS Max
