Hi, I am on IOS Beta 12.4 (16G5077a) Now that 12.4 has been released will the release version be any different from the beta version I have? Should I do anything like remove the beta profile?

You can keep the beta profile or remove it, as Official version has different build number anyway. And of course, there will be difference, including those that are not visible to end users. Apple Card support is a big one. Other than that, I don’t think there will be too much.
