iOS 12 Battery Health different on iPads than on iPhone

On iPhone, you can see Battery Health on the Battery screen of Settings, but that line is missing from the analogous screen on my iPad. Is that normal, or is something odd going on with my iPad? Is there no way to check an iPad’s battery health without a third party app?

Because iPad doesn’t get throttled when the battery capacity is depleted, plus the size of iPad batteries means they are rated for twice the battery charge cycles compared to an iPhone battery..
