iOS 12 Beta 3 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

Did anyone update this using iTunes? I downloaded the IPSW's and when I option click to update, it lets me choose the file and then nothing happens. Rebooted the Mac and that didn't fix it.
For a few reasons, I don't like updating OTA.

It wouldn't work on my Mac running 10.14 beta 2 but it worked perfectly on my work PC using Windows 7.

Apps update progress indicator working again. In beta 2 it was a spinning circle and no progress that changed to 'Open' icon when app update was complete.

When in Low Power mode, yellow bars will show in Battery Level chart

App store purchased tab icons are now properly rounded and you can once again hide purchases by swiping. Both of these were broken in beta 2.

3D Touch behaviour seems slightly tweaked. First off, it feels to me like it gets activated with lesser pressure. Secondly, the popup is super smooth now. Loving it.

Fortnite does in fact crash on Beta 3. It didn’t work on Beta 1, then worked in Beta 2, but now it does not work on Beta 3.

Nice! I had already preemptively restarted once more after the update to fix the iMessage registration thing. I wonder if just the restart is enough? Or had you already tried that?
