Thanks, @Banglazed . Even in the tumult of this crazy day and beta period, you've still got us covered!

This is not the GM for 13.0. But that is out but its only on the Dev Portal as an IPSW.
Just saw that in the portal! Thanks for the clarification!

Which to download?
That's up to you. And whether (A) you are on a 13.1 beta now, (B) you are a developer and need to test apps against the 13.0 GM and (C) whether you have an archived backup of your data from 13.0 or below. In no particular order.

wait so if we wanna do an OTA for the GM not 13.1 Beta 3, what profile do we need? or does it require downloading the IPSW files?

I am struggling with that decision as well.... Can you restore from backup that was done on 13.1 to 13 GM?
Normally, I would say no, but because of the build naming (both 13.0 and 13.1 are "A"), it might be possible. Only one way to find out, however.

Phew! I thought you'd be too busy reading posts about people slagging off the new phones to start this thread @Banglazed ..

Let's see what's happened to Mail today! I also wonder, now it's official that 3D touch is being phased out, whether there've been any tweaks with that and haptic touch. My main issue, apart from Mail, is my phone dropping WiFi regularly during FaceTime Audio calls. I'll have to do some testing once the install completes.

looks like it requires the IPSW. active beta cycle is probably just 13.1 right now
that’s what i figured, but an article or two said it was available OTA. i like to get my family’s devices updated once the GM is released so that they don’t have to deal with the huge rush on release day.

Thanks
