iOS 13.2.3 includes bug fixes and improvements for your iPhone. This update:

New Features & Changes
New Issues
Remaining Issues

  • Force touch an e-mail in the inbox and clicking «forward» still crashes the Mail app
  • When using a bluetooth mouse under iPadOS:
    - cursor gets occasionally moved to the center position. Workaround: turn off the mouse and turn it on again. Happens since iPadOS 13.0 betas. id: FB7460879
    - cursor stutters, occasionally a lot, even with powerful devices such as 2018 iPad Pro. id: FB7460884
    - When a bluetooth mouse is connected, dragging apps from the home screen into split-screen multitasking becomes impossible (since 13.0, used to work fine in early 13.0 betas). id: FB7460912
Resolved Issues
Temporarily Removed

this did NOT solve my pictures not showing up in the detail section of a message thread issue...cmon apple smh
Try This:
Settings > Siri & Search > Messages > I turned off "Show In Search". Closed all apps and hard reset.

go back into settings and turn it on and let it be for a couple minutes without opening the messages app. then open the messages app again and they all appeared. Make sure to be on wi-fi and plugged in (not wireless charging).

I tried this but when I turned my phone on that toggle was turned on by itself.

After some testing, I’m pretty sure that it’s mail.app that is killing ,y battery life (Xs) since I have installed iOS 13. If I turn push off, I am back to the 6hr SOT I used to have with iOS 12.

Funny thing is that using Outlook (which basically has push functionality) my battery doesn’t take the hit.

Will test the behavior with 13.2.3 but I don’t think there will be any improvement.

Can you tell me if there was a modem firmware update on your Xs after you install 13.2.3?

Anyone else having issues with updating their apps with this update? I tried a hard reset and it didn’t solve my App Store not letting me update my apps.

I had this problem too, and I fixed it by disabling Messages in iCloud and leaving it on the charger overnight for a few nights. It downloaded all the missing pics and attachments, and then I turned iCloud Messages back on.
