Both of these are normal. There are a few settings you can disable in location > system for WiFi and cell network search that may stop this behavior if it bothers you.

Thanks for your answer, but it's not normal in iOS 13.1.2 / 13.1.3. I was hoping that this is solved in Beta 3 now. Especially this ongoing GPS on/off is draining my battery.

I've GPS deactivated for all iOS Services and it still shows up every few minutes. GPS is just allowed for Google Maps on my phone and nothing else.

freaking gps arrow is still shown AT ALL TIMES for me

Recent section in the Photos app has been totally messed up for me since Beta 1.
Photos used to he chronologically arranged from old to new but now they are new to old.
Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I forgot to mention it is for older devices since beta 2 we could not view the resolution unless going to Camera settings

No improvement for me with terrible RAM management / safari reloads in this beta.

Safari reloads on iPad (reported) here as well. I may be going back to 13.1.3.
