Is the GPS Issue fixed? Does the GPS arrow shows up every few minutes? Or when you connect to Wifi or switched from Airplane mode?

Both of these are normal. There are a few settings you can disable in location > system for WiFi and cell network search that may stop this behavior if it bothers you.

I was hoping they'd fix the stuttering night mode timer countdown but it looks like it's still an issue. Submitted this as a feedback to Apple, again.

Thanks for your answer, but it's not normal in iOS 13.1.2 / 13.1.3. I was hoping that this is solved in Beta 3 now. Especially this ongoing GPS on/off is draining my battery.

I've GPS deactivated for all iOS Services and it still shows up every few minutes. GPS is just allowed for Google Maps on my phone and nothing else.

Notes crashes when tap "select all" when theres lots of text (about 6 seconds scrolling at max speed kind of "lots of text").

Recent section in the Photos app has been totally messed up for me since Beta 1.
Photos used to he chronologically arranged from old to new but now they are new to old.
Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Not for me working as usual.
