Just noticed this post. I haven’t had any issues with WiFi/data. What issues were you experiencing?

My WiFi tends to cut out every so often. I believe I remedied this by factory resetting my phone because now it is no longer having issues.

Quick question. Did you restore your device to 13.2 or just updated OTA? Wondering if a restore might help. I don’t really want to spend time doing a restore, if it isn’t going to fix the issue.

I didn’t restore but I started from scratch with iOS 13.1.

Mine never has, it does on the calls on other devices (not wifi calling) it did work prior to ios13 though - without anything showing, as it syncs via icloud I believe

Yes you're right, looks like its on and button stays, but doesn't actually work, turned it off and on again no difference - been like that all the time I've been on iOS13

I’ve got the iOS 13 Developer Beta Profile installed (running iOS 13.2 Beta 4), and was also prompted to upgrade to the official public 13.2 release. Interesting.

I’ve had 13.2 on my iPad Pro for more than a week, this just occurred today. Just because you haven’t seen it doesn’t mean you won’t.

iPhone XS, OTA from 13.1.3 to 13.2 and got problem with sim coverage. I’m using dual sim and depend on roaming daily because I travel between 2 countries.

The physical sim/carrier would not switch networks, doing a manual search and selecting new network still wouldn’t connect to network. Leaving it on automatic and still not search/connect to roaming network. Tried everything, reset network settings, switching which card is used for data, enabled/disabled roaming, hard restart, disable affected sim card, remove sim..Even tried the sim in another phone to verify that carrier is not having issues

While this was happening I also noticed my XS disconnect from Wifi a couple of times, maybe 2-3 times total.

What solved my problem was doing a full iTunes backup then dfu restore and use iTunes to restore my data. Now everything works w/o issues.

Takeaway from this for me: Never underestimate the power of a dfu restore..lol. Can’t remember a single time of owning a heap of IOS devices that I’ve had to resort to doing this

Maps has a bug when you first open it shows North wrong. Once you move the map it starts to correct but then goes back to a different direction. And Find My is not updating locations.

My XS Max beta device has now updated to 13.2

Here are a couple of immediate items:
1. All my Messages I deleted today are back. 😕
2. First try with Safari check, the tab reloaded. 😕
3. Default view in Mail does not hold. All Unread keeps changing to All Inbox. 😕
4. Camera has significant color shifts depending on the items in the photo. (see below) 😕
5. Last photo in Photos may revert back to Albums when you back into Photos 😕
6. .... looks like all the PB4 issues are still there.

From #4 - I took a photo of a couple of my blades. I noticed that of my fingers were in the field, the picture went very blue. When I looked at this closer, I realized the blue, was much closer to the real color as I see it. This makes the original photo very yellow. Going to play with this some more.

No change in angle or lighting ... Is there a camera person who can explain this? Thx!!

Is this the first time when dev beta profile went to final release? Usually it skips final update and goes onto the next beta doesn’t it? Usually you remove the beta profile to get the final release I though? This time my my xs max it went to beta 4 to 13.2 final? So now it’s going tongonton13.2.1. Or something??? Or we wait for iOS 14 beta or something

I think it happened with iOS 13.1 maybe...I remember being on a beta and somehow receiving the public release, but I forget which one it was.

Yeah I hope they fix safari soon. Even if I have no apps in the switcher and only safari open it will reload after I lock the phone and come back to it in a couple minutes. Sounds like this is across all devices too. Hopefully a 13.2.1 is in the works to fix this. Otherwise I’m liking 13.2 now. It’s not much different than 12. Ram management needs a tuneup though badly compared to 12.

Dark mode doesn’t auto activate at sunset when I’m using my phone. I noticed this when I saw night shift turn on while dark mode didn’t. Happens every time I’m using my phone at the time it’s supposed to turn on and has been like this since iOS 13.1. Does anyone else have this issue? If you could, please report it so they can fix it with the next release.

I had this issue with dark mode activating at sunset .. It would not switch till like 7:30 pm pacific time. I use a custom schedule and works fine now..

Has Dark Mode been removed from Maps navigation when Dark Mode is enabled all the time in Settings? Viewing the map is dark but starting navigation changes it back to white.

Yes I am seeing this too. Hoping this is a feature rather than a bug. Dark mode maps are generally too dark for me to read easily during the day. I like dark mode for all my other apps but usually switch to light mode during the day when I need to use maps. This fixed that issue by automatically using light maps while in navigation during the day. The main map view still uses the dark map though. Only the navigation view changes based on time of day.

It says in the settings app that the phone will wait until you are not using it to switch between light and dark mode. This behavior is deliberate.

wallpaper colors are still off. changing wallpaper would cause the colours to look washed out, until you reboot the device and the wallpapers would then appear as they should

Just hear to chime in that I am having NONE of these issues on either my XS Max or IP7 (dumb work phone)...even mail is working fine for me now on the IP7. Honestly, I don't tax my phones that much either. Email, texting, some games and social media is about it for me on most days with the usual selection of bank apps, Nest, shopping, etc. every once and a while.

That’s exactly what I’m implying...liars!!

Just kidding...it really does seem like the mail and safari bugs are fairly widespread. 13.2 is a decent update for me and I understand it was needed for the AirPods, but really hoping for a new beta to see if there are fixes for these other issues you folks are experiencing.

All I really care about at this point is the MidWest update for Maps and to finally port my work phone over to my personal phones Esim.

Battery life seems back to normal lasted all day with out any issue and I was heavy on my phone today!!! Was dropping in front my eyes like driving an v12 engine car or something! Before I can see it drop in front of my eyes

I’m not sure why the modem and carrier info is always wrong in these posts.

I have AT&T 39.1. That installed when I had iOS 13.1.3 and I got another carrier update notification after updating to 13.2 so ma it updated again.

The iphone 7 Plus Intel modem firmware is defiantly wrong though. I have 4.00.00 with iOS 13.2, which is the same version I had under iOS 13.1.3. In other words there was no change.

I have xs max I had beta 4 and it installed 3 GB iOS 13.2 up entire oa that usually doesn’t happen it jumps to another beta and also the build number changes from beta 4 I had!! Makes me wonder why this was done.

Anyway when do I think 13.2.1 beta will be coming out now? And how many more Betas are we going to have and when I want 13.2.1 now damn it lol....
