Who have 11/11Pro/11ProMax, please, check for new added toggle for disable U1 Chip/UWB in settings > privacy > location services > systems
 
It‘s build 17Dxxx instead of 17Cxxx (17C54 for 13.3 public).
That‘s why it comes with the size of a full update.
