Perhaps it’s 3.9 GB because of installing over public release instead of previous beta.

Who have 11/11Pro/11ProMax, please, check for new added toggle for disable U1 Chip/UWB in settings > privacy > location services > systems
 
So if someone is currently on 13.3 beta 4 instead of 13.3 public release, will they still get 3.8 GB ?

Up Next widget still shifts up/down when swiping to the widget screen.

Photos still get sent out of order via Messages app.

Same old Mail issues.

So, for me, this beta has fixed nothing and is exactly what I expected. Sweet.
