  • New mouse actions and scrolling gestures.
  • Ability to set hot corners for mouse cursor.

  • Mail Sync issues with push notifications, but mail needing to be pulled when opening mail app - Since iOS13 Dev Beta 1
  • All mailbox sometimes not showing mail present in the individual mail boxes
  • When using a bluetooth mouse under iPadOS:
    - cursor gets occasionally moved to the center position. Workaround: turn off the mouse and turn it on again. Happens since iPadOS 13.0 betas. id: FB7460879
    - cursor stutters, occasionally a lot, even with powerful devices such as 2018 iPad Pro (seems to be worse in 13.3). id: FB7460884
    - When a bluetooth mouse is connected, dragging apps from the home screen into split-screen multitasking becomes impossible (since 13.0, used to work fine in early 13.0 betas). work-around: disable assistive touch, turn off the bluetooth mouse, and reboot the iPad. id: FB7460912

What they point of this release guys if all the fixes where in 13.2.3 what has changed apart from emoji hide keyboard?
why do you say so? how assessed?

If this assessment is correct, then we will have to wait till 13.4 beta 1 is released- which will be atleast 20 days from now.

still hasn't fixed my mail issue where when I click on a mail notification, it brings me to the mail app, freezes and never opens the mail..

13.3 is a new branch (build 17Cxxx) vs. 13.2.x (witch is 17Bxxx).
So it contains probably many unter the hood changes like new kernel, new drivers/firmwares for modem (visible) and WLAN etc. That’s how software development works. :rolleyes:

Apple has gotten so unbelievably frustrating. That’s a huge bug that’s STILL not fixed.
You tried a fresh install? As I am not having this bug, neither on my iPhone 11 nor on my iPhone 6s or iPad Pro 10.5. o_O
