Wow, I stand corrected! Jumps to probably the last beta for iOS 13.4 before iOS 14 betas. I guess they'll be releasing 13.4.1 and others without beta releases.

iOS 13.4 last beta was the Build 5255. How can this one be 5034?


Lots of bugs still in 13.4 and they probably added room so they can release important ones earlier, like the VPN bug may likely get fixed earlier in a 13.4.1 release, before this beta is finished.
Yes. 13.4 of iOS and tvOS, also the latest Catalina are the buggiest versions so far
