iPhone iOS 13.4 freezes Settings.

Ever since iOS 13.4 and when I go into "Settings" I can't do anything. Just a total freeze.
Can't scroll down, can't tap on anything.
All I can do is get out of it, close it, and go back in it and after doing it a few times it may work.
Does anyone have this problem?

I’ve experienced this but before 13.4, and I was able to recover. So I don’t think it’s new bug.

That’s the other thing, Safari is also freezing.
Both are new for me since 13.4.

Also just to add, my internet connection has never been worse than after 13.4.

Have you deleted any of the stock apps? If you have, redone load them and test again.

I had A similar issue. My iPhone was freezing in WhatsApp, iMessage, Settings (rarely), Safari (rarely).
I solved resetting the keyboard dictionary.

Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Keyboard Dictionary

The issue is present since the introduction of iOS 13. I guess the new keyboard supporting Memoji has some issue with old setting coming from the previous keyboard.

I’ve had some freezes too. Safari and setting. Randomly freeze up. Reboot fixes it

Have you rebooted your phone? I've been running 13.4 since beta 1 and it's been smooth as silk on my 11 Pro Max.

A lot of freezes, both Safari and phone, I sometimes have to reboot my phone before I can make a phonecall.

Tons of freezes on all my iOS devices since last update. Hard reboot fixes temporarily. Feels like a memory leak.

Just did a hard reset on my iPhone and did not use a back up, installed every app one by one. But....the problem is not over. Sometimes the contacts list stops scrolling, sometimes Safari just hangs. Sometimes I can't make a phonecall, pressing the first digit the corresponding tone keeps sounding until I reboot my device. Sometimes a copy & paste actions "hangs" and the screen freezes. I'm definitely not glad with this update!!

My iPhone XS Max was perfect until I updated to iOS 13.4 the other day. At first it was just Maps that was hanging/freezing once a day or so. Now its Maps, Safari, and Settings, and its happening frequently on a daily basis.

This actually worked for me and I am soo great full.
My phone has kept freezing since iOS 13, I made the reset and it hasn’t frozen since!
