  • New data types are available in HealthKit to track symptoms including headaches, chills, sore throat, and more
  • New toggles to customize automatic download and install iOS updates
New Issues
  • iPad now has way more ghost touch than it had in iOS 13.5.1.

  • Mail Sync issues with push notifications, but mail needing to be pulled when opening mail app - Since iOS13 Dev Beta 1

Probably not. AFAIK that only shows up when an update is downloaded & ready to install... I wouldn't know for certain though, I always jump on new releases right away.
