Can anyone advise if iPad reads afs as my drive is formatted with afs.

It's using SMB so the formatting shouldn't matter.

Likely no OTA beta profile coming. Apple likely wants to protects those who pay $99 and themselves. They even put a warning this year about not installing on main devices. That's why Apple has Public Beta and is pushing it more this year, for people who want a profile, it will likely be in July. Release Notes say that Xcode 11 Beta or macOS 10.15 are required to update iOS 13 & iPad OS.

It's really meant for the iPad Pro, because it has USB-C, but yea, you would need a lightning to USB connector, which I don't think exists? Files should work with lightning devices with the Lightning to SD Card reader, though.

Lightning to USB has existed since day 1 - the Camera Connection Kit is that

Don't actually have it running, yet. Not gonna install it on my MacBook Pro for a bit. They said in the keynote where the device sync stuff was.

Id say give it 48-72 first. Battery will get caned by the indexing and the extra use with the novelty of a new version of OS.

What does the Updates section of the App Store look like? I was wondering what they were going to do with the updates tab since Arcade will be taking it.
