Beta 2 release notes still mention the same things about third party apps, including WhatsApp, that they did with beta 1.

We may get another dev beta next week before the public one in two weeks.

I feel exactly this. It is more likely. Wanted to post some time in the speculation thread, but did not since it doesn't really matter.

Seeing as how buggy Beta 1 was, do you think its a good idea to use the OTA profile to update to Beta 2 (delta update), or should we use the IPSW?

Damnit man. Got the profile but there's no way I'm attempting an upgrade on airport WiFi.

I have absolutely NO self control. Updating iPad and iPhone over (surprisingly fast) airport WiFi as I type this 🙄

While it was less buggy than let's say iOS 10 or iOS 11's first betas, it was still pretty bad.

I think I'm leaning towards upgrading using the IPSW to make sure I have a more fresh slate.

Audio sharing is added on this beta, compatible with AirPods gen 1y2 and Power beats. On iPhone 8 up, iPad Pro 12.9 (2nd up), 11, 10.5, iPad Air 3rd and mini 5th, iPod 7th up.

The worst issue for me was that Wi-Fi didnt reconnect to the known networks when you leave the place for a while. Even if you select the network from the list.

Beta 1 was pretty reasonable for me (no major issues and the only app that was non functioning was fixed in a subsequent app update). Looking forward to seeing how beta 2 performs.

I feel like the background visualiser in the music app when you select lyrics is way more animated than the previous beta, the colours move around more like a lava lamp now, it looks awesome.

There’s still a 3D Touch delay on the home screen though. Almost as if haptic touch is taking priority.
