I did the same thing. Maybe try turning iCloud messages on and off, reset settings or try installing the update again.

Wait for the next week, an OTA update should be easier by then and Apple might also update iTunes to play nicer with iOS 13. Having said that, I have no performance issues on my iPhone 7.

Hmm maybe I’ll try it again later on.

Did you notice your phone heating up more compared to before? I could literally feel my processor right next to the lock button heating up doing just basic stuff like browsing these forums. Then it would cool down after some time but it’s almost like the processor was maxing out every time I was doing stuff. Really weird. Back on 12.4.1 and all is cool doing what I did before like normal.

yeah the GM heated my phone using safari like mad
 
Apple is already allowing developers to release iOS 13 apps not he App Store, had some updates today, surprised, they don't usually until release day.

I did not, maybe when I first installed it, but its been a couple of days with no over heating issues.
 
Well I took the jump to iOS13 GM yesterday (from 12.4.1) on my X. So far very smooth, battery life has been about the same, some minor issues with stuttering especially with 3DTouch related things, but nothing that ruins the experience for me. Overall I'd say 12.4.1 is a bit more stable and polished than 13.0, but that's pretty much to be expected given the year of refinement it's gone through.

Did someone find a way to reinstall custom ringtones when iOS 13 was installed fresh without backup?

If so, please post how you did that.

Definitely on the X is slower than the xs, 13.1 feels faster but nothing like 12.2.4

A user added it to the wiki but I wouldn't really call it Night Mode because it does not look nearly as demoed on stage. The pics do come out slightly lighter/brighter on XR and XS models on this build and latest iOS 13.1 beta 4. I only noticed it after taking a pics in a dark room with no flash. Have you tried it on the latest beta?

I haven’t seen a beta 4 of iOS 13.1 out yet. I have tried on beta 3 and haven’t really noticed much change. I’m on a 7 plus, too.

Do you mind removing this as it is causing confusion? Low light processing is vastly improved - but it is NOT night mode. Night mode comes with its own UI and is adjustable. You’ll see an icon in the top right when it is activated - and yes, it is only for the new forthcoming models.

I updated my 7 to the GM via iTunes on Windows 10 and restored my encrypted backup without any issues. No heating, no drain noticed in 12 hours.
I see memojis now 🙄.

2 queries:
1) When one would place his finger on a word to edit a spelling mistake, there would be a magnified popup above the finger/word. That seems to have gone or is there any setting for it to come back. I have to use the ' spacebar becomes touchpad' method to place the cursor correctly.
2) To mark all emails as read, there seems to be 1 additional step now. Earlier it was Edit> Select all and Mark as Read/Flag would pop up. Now it is 1 more step to mark all read.
 
Installed the GM on my phone. Photos App - Years, Months and Days is not selectable. Only All Photos. All my photos, albums and everything is there. I just can't select these categories. Any ideas?
 
When u go to the GM can you use your backup from 13 B2? I don't really wanna loose my stuff that I've had since the beta came out.

They got rid of the magnification loupe and instead it's now just the cursor above your finger. Works the same.
