iPhone IOS 13 Mail Sent Sound Gone Still ?

Hi Guys, I'm still seeing this persistent issue... When I go to photos, Choose a Photo to send via Email... When I send it I get a Slight Swoosh Sound. Like a very very short version of the sound. When I send a regular email the swoosh sound is fine.. Happening on wife's phone as well.. Iphone 11 & 11 Pro Max... Anyone else ? Thanks!

I just tried it on my iPhone 6S+ running 13.4.1 and I get the same thing as you describe.

I put my phone on vibrate so for me I never knew it was different.
