So on Apple's public beta testing website, I'm seeing this screen:

Is there a chance we could be seeing iOS 13 public beta in the next few hours-if not the next few minutes. I believe we are on the verge of the public beta for iOS 13 to be released.

Catalina PB1 is already out. If it goes as usual, iOS13 PB1 will be out in a few hours.

Is the iOS PB1 the same as DB2, or does anyone think they’ve made some changes?
You’d think they’d move to DB3 while releasing PB1.

I am pretty sure that this would still be Dev Beta 2 but I'm not positive. Apple has done nothing to indicate that this is updated from it. Do any developers out there know for sure if this is Dev 2 or Dev 3?

Makes no sense for this to be anything but dev beta 2. Don't think Apple has ever pushed out a new build via public beta channels first.

Has anyone been able to download the profile yet? My phone is stuck on the beta website. It's probably a result of all the website traffic they're having right now.

Not able to download yet. Must be from the influx of people now.
