Hard reset and then restored backup but still same issue... 🙁 Any other ideas?

Restoring your backup may be the issue. Could be a corruption or something with the backup. Try to restore and start fresh and see if you still have the issue.

I won't get my messages back if I do that ....right? I'll lose most of my data?

I'm experiencing the same issue. All of a sudden my Recent Calls and Missed Calls lists were completely cleared. Did you find a solution?
