Guessing maybe we’re getting the 4 pm eastern time window for OTA..... hope I’m wrong.

Do you have access to a registered Apple Developer Account to use the Apple Developer Portal? If so then click "downloads" then at the top where it says "Beta" "Release" "More" click on "Release" and it's the second item down. If you're not using the developer PORTAL (developer.apple.com) then that's why you aren't seeing it.
 
Anyone have a changelog? @boxermansr , is that available through the Apple Dev Portal?

Also, really weird that Apple's site is still listing 14.0.1 as the latest update.
