I’m curious if anyone having the missing texts issues finds any improvement.

I just installed this rebooted and my VM visuals showed from 2-3 days ago so that came back and all alerts went red on all my apps right after reboot but still to early to tell if anything is fixed

Please test iMessage notifications. Specifically have someone text you and leave the messenger app open to the conversation then turn the screen off and have them text you again and see if you get notified. Currently you have to back out of the conversation and go to the main list of conversations before turning the screen off for notifications to work. If this is fixed I'll install the beta simply for this alone. So annoying.

This is weird, I went in to check my message settings and it asked me to sign in with my Apple ID. Never seen that need before just to go into settings>messages. Then it won’t let me enter my Apple ID and says I now need a new password. And I’m already signed in, never signed out! WTF? I shouldn’t be prompted to create a new ID when I’m already signed in with the same ID I’ve had for years.

EDIT: Ok, signing out of iCloud and back in the normal way seems to have fixed the issue. It also got rid of the phantom badge on my messages icon. I wonder if my notifications for SMS are fixed, asking to much?

The notifications are still broken for me. iMessages are still being instantly being marked as read without notifying me of a new message. It doesn't happen with every message but for the majority of them.
