New weirdness. Birthday calendar dates from Contacts now appear as grey in iCloud/calendar instead of red. No way to change it. I prefer red as otherwise I may miss it on my agenda view widget (Widget Wizard).

Some displays are warmer than others. If they were calibrated, all phones would appear the same.
This is the equivalent of shipping free-size t-shirts. The manufacturing tolerance levels are shocking

Mine needed 2 attempts of Face ID until I hard rebooted. Seems OK now

Yeah, I am totally new to Shortcuts, so it took me a while to figure out that this will come after I create a shortcut and get to the add action page.
Ah! Makes sense. You can do some pretty cool stuff with Shortcuts. Hard thing for me is making the time to do so and thinking about things I want to use it for (best are repetitive processes that are staring you in the face until you think about them).
You confirmed the MagSafe Wallet behavior for me and I will confirm the MagSafe Charger behavior for you when using a MagSafe Clear case. You are correct that I do not get any animation with the MagSafe Charger with this beta 2, however I had the animation on previous betas which I have now lost. At this point, MagSafe Charger and Wallet with Clear Case shows NO ANIMATION. HAPTIC FEEDBACK and SOUND is present on MagSafe Charger when applying it. You already know about the wallet in my previous post.

Maybe try and reset Face ID if the hard reset doesn’t do it

Installed 14.5 Public beta 2 on my 12 Pro Max and all of my annoyances seem to be resolved:
1. Stutter on swipe up: Been using it for 6+ hours extensively and no stutter so far
2. Black Screen flicker at 80% brightness: Tried it with various settings both on YouTube.com and the YouTube app and not able to reproduce it so far
3. Apple Watch not ringing for incoming calls after CarPlay usage: Tried it few times after driving around and my Apple Watch 6 on 7.3 seems to be ringing

12 ProMax. Ringtone no longer makes sound. Tried hard reboot. Changing the tone. No joy.
Meanwhile the Apple Watch rings but the watch face is blank.

Raised blacks is not fixed. 12 Pro. I clearly see in the letter boxes when watching content. HBO Max. After clicking on the screen to bring up the translucent UI, the letter boxes glow green. Bah hum bug.
Yeah! I can see the rabbit hole this can potentially become. I have so far just added a Make GIF shortcut to my share sheet. This will help me make GIFs out of my videos. Nifty.
I’m looking for more such shortcuts that help usability.
Anyone feel like Face ID has changed? Maybe its because I reset my phone and its still learning, but it asks me for my passcode a lot, I have to have the phone around minimum 10 inches away for it to work, never had an issue previously but its almost with every Face ID authentication it asks for passcode.
Yes, the color filters change the colors/brightness to much and muffle all the screen.
