If you have a complicated, relatively secure iCloud password, remember that the password is still stored in Settings/Passwords.

That will at least keep you from having to type a long password on the iOS keyboard and run the risk of typos.

:)
I've read that it's a bad idea to have Keychain memorize your Apple ID password, because then someone who has your phone passcode can obtain that password and use it to log in to your account.

I know this isn't exactly the place for this, but can anyone confirm that the 11.3 macOS beta shows album release dates in the Music app?

That's something new in iOS 14.5 and I'm wondering if that's coming to the Mac with 11.3

Thanks!

It does but I think it's published date instead of actual release date.

Just updated my AW4 to 7.3.2 - it is linked to my 12PM on beta 3.
After the update, and an iPhone reboot, none of my notifications - sound - are playing on my watch. I see them, just no hear them…

Any suggestions before I post feedback?

Check to see if silent mode is on? My AWs seem to go into silent mode on their own sometimes.

Gave some more thought to low light camera shots and did some experimenting.
Came out better than I thought … the experiment.

I have a few camera apps on my 12PM. I suspect the watercolor in low light is software as I did not see this in prior betas.
So I set up a shot in low light and took the same shot at 2.5x with three apps: Camera, ProCam, Halide. I did a zoom in via Photos for all three to give a better contrast into the difference.
Below are the three shots in order:

What’s App Audio message bug should be fixed soon

Were they shot in same lighting conditions? Camera one is noticeably brighter.

I’ve come across two more bugs -
If I’m listening to audio via my AirPods Pro or my other Bluetooth headphone (V-Moda Crossfade wireless) and my phone is locked and the screen isn’t on, sometimes pressing the volume up or down button can increase or decrease the volume to near full in just one press.

The other bug I’ve come across is that restarting my Apple Watch leads to adding the announce messages toggle back in the control center every time.

These are on iPhone 12 Pro Max on iOS 14.5 B3 & Apple Watch S4 on watchOS 7.4 B3

Does anyone else have the Apple logo on reboot (iPad)correctly oriented in landscape mode? Mine is but I thought it was only supposed to work with a magic keyboard!

Same conditions shot consecutively all within a minute of each other in my home office.
I find it very amazing the significant difference you see depending on app.
My preference is Halide - been using that one on 11PM and 12PM originally for RAWs.

btw - if you shoot it in ProRaw it is even brighter. 🤭

Does anyone noticed a less aggressive true tone, when indoor?

Under beta 3 I am seeing more and more web pages that have embedded video with issues. The video starts to play then fails with a blocked play symbol. Anyone else seeing this?
It is predominately, or seems to be, news or similar media sites.

Beta 3 and. …. Mail.
12PM and IPP11
It seems that Mail is having badge count issues, off and on, with Exchange. sigh…..
I opened Mail on the 12PM. Manual refresh x1, x2, x3, x4…..
Even after many manual refreshes, going into Exchange and counting the unread emails, the account unread count was correct. However the total Unread count in Mail was not. I have now seen this a few times in beta 3. Was good with beta 2.
