How do I get it, I removed the profile, and now if i install it again it will download 14.7?!

No it won’t. I just reinstalled the profile and it’s downloading the Public Beta RC2.

EDIT: After the RC2 PB installed, it now gives the "Also Available 4.7"

You can choose. I'm on the first RC.

You will be able to download iOS 14.6 through iTunes when it becomes available but be advised that if you have the beta profile installed and auto update enabled, your phone will probably jump to 14.7 beta. Best to remove the profile if you are looking to get off the beta train.

Since there are essentially two betas out right now, if you are on 14.6 RC1 or below and install the Beta Profile, you will be getting the 14.6 RC2. After you install that, you will then have the option "Also Available 14.7" when you go back to Software Update.

You don't have to install 14.6 to get 14.7 to appear. I actually updated from 14.5.1 the other day and it let me choose.

Was not the case for me. I was on RC1 and had removed the profile. Put the profile back on and did not have a choice. It installed RC2. No option for 14.7 until after RC2 was installed.

Interesting. I don't know what would cause that difference.

Don't know if this is new but I've never seen it before; KeychainAccess now warns against compromised passwords like Chrome does.

My screen time widget isnt working effectively on IOS 14.5., 14.6 rc2, 14.7 b1 in my IPhone 12

Even after using the phone for say 15 minutes, the screen time still shows the same time in widget. Is this happening with others too?

Is it only the screentime widget, or all of the widgets? Have you submitted feedback about it?
