iOS 14 Maps: “Getting There Safely” prompt (nag)

Has anyone else gotten this?

Any time I get directions I get a popup that is basically a ‘don’t break the law’ nag and it is mildly annoying.

Any time I get directions I get a popup that is basically a ‘don’t break the law’ nag and it is mildly annoying.

Car navigation systems have the same warning when the system first starts up. After reading some forums it is clear it’s not possible to disable unless you reverse engineer the system.

So, it’s a liability thing since cars have CarPlay navigation.

Some car makers let you turn it off (my VW does), so you never know.
