Hi, could you advise when we can expect stable (no drain feature) version of iOS 14?
I’ve recently purchased Homepod Mini but my iPhone 11 Pro is still running on iOS13.3.1, so the new speaker cannot be in use.
Drainage of battery is blocking me from updating to current 14.

Stick with iOS 14.3 for a good while the 14.4 is Brocken badly is beta

No issues with 14.3 on a 12 and an iPad mini 5. Heck, it’s even stable on a 7+, although I don’t use it much. Wife is experiencing some “frozen screen” issues on her 11 pro Max when using the phone app, but not consistently.

Define 'stable'. They're still putting out patches for iOS 12.

Those are security patches, though. not really bug fixing any more.

to me stability is core functions of device work and no frequent / no reboots.

14.1 on 12 pro fulfills that for me. so much so I'm afraid to update for that and JB purposes.

From what I perceive, the current .3 mobile OS iterations still have a lot of minor bugs, of course, but work better than any versions of last years OS generation in terms of stability and reliability.
So at least for the iOS-Family (with iPadOS, tvOS, watchOS, HomePods...), it looks like the break-even point has been passed.

Time to upgrade!
