Apple admitted that there’s a bug with ProMotion when CoreAnimation is used (Try Reachability). Some things are locked to 60Hz still.
I guess this could be some kind of major updates required which i believed should be arrived at earliest on 15.1. But let hope it was fixed on this update

Updated from iOS 15.0.1 to 15.0.2 and the storage bug for me has reappeared. Was fine on 15.0.1!

You’re probably right. I just hope Apple will address it in 15.1. I’ve got a feeling it will take longer unfortunately.

Why didn’t this update include the promotion bug and the touch response nightmare, all the fixed haven’t caused me any problems

if they’d fixed your issues, someone else might make the same post about why did Apple not fix CarPlay breaking, or losing photos.

Obviously your 2 issues are not as wide spread as the other 5.

Point releases tend to be a small amount of fixes. 5 explicit fixes and many other, unmentioned fixes, is quite a hefty point release, IMHO.

Which is not something that needs to be a priority fix instead of CarPlay breaking, or Photos being deleted, like some people seem to think (not saying you are one, fyi).
