Since updating to ios 15.1.1, my iPhone 12 Pro overheats while filming and it stops recording after a couple minutes.

At 17th of November I updated my iphone 12 from 14.4 to 15.1.1. Since today facetime and imessage are not activated. I tried all the alternative methods I found on the net but without a solution. Is there anybody with similar problem? Can you tell me what I have to do to resolve this problem? Sorry about my bad English.

Did you noticed more power consumption when the phone is in stand by mode?
Before the update, in the end of the day, battery was at 65% and now, with the same use, battery is 44% and sometimes 38%. So, yes, I think that there is more power consumption in stand by mode.

This update hasn't been the best for me, having 2 issues. 1. Using my AirPods Pro takes a few attempts to get them to work, usually have to turn off Bluetooth a few times. 2. Asking Siri to play music with CarPlay takes about 10 seconds for it to start (get the hold on while I check and spinning circle). Didn't have these issues before.

On my 12 PM, 15.1.1 really didn't have any issues. Battery life had improved a little and

I just got a 13 PM. Since I have been using 15.1.1 on it, I have had the following issues:
  • The phone froze with a fuchsia screen, then restarted (happened once after taking a short video)
  • Battery usage for Find My at night has started using 10-12% overnight
    • In the first couple of days, I saw 1-2% battery usage during an 8-hour sleep
  • High memory usage (with only 2 apps open most of the time, the phone is using nearly 95% of the memory/ram all the time)
    • On my 12 PM, it fluctuated and would drop down but the 13 PM remains high in usage
    • Performance seems to be fine, but wondering if my memory was maxed when I got the red screen and restart
I have done a couple of restarts. I may try a hard restart and see what happens

Yesterday I updated to 15.1.1 apparently it killed my cellular data connectivity. I'm on a 12 mini with Verizon and I can't get on 5g anywhere in my area and my LTE speeds are slower than 2.5Mbps consistently.

iPhone 13 Pro Max here. When I’m taking a selfie the photos app says it’s a 7MP photo. I thought the phone has 12 MP? Is it a bug or am I thinking wrong?

I have a couple of issues after going to 5.1.1 on my 12 Pro:
  • Battery drain is really really bad, it's maybe 30% quicker drain than before.
  • Sometimes it takes 3-4 minutes to restart the phone.
  • Phone has issues connecting to WiFi after restart.
Great "upgrade" Apple! I had none of these problems before. Does Apple even QA test before they release??
