The preview refresh was fixed the night before Apple released the 15.3GM build. So the fix must have been at the server end, not the iOS end.
I agree. My issues were fixed before this release. But, maybe the client side induced the issue and server side was done as bandaid.

It has fixed all the erros I had with my Circle 2, firmware updated for Homekit Secure Video.
This is usually down to a home network/WiFi issue. Used to have the problem on some older WiFi access points, no issues synced replaced with better ones. Usually down to mDNS not working correctly on networking gear.

Not in my case. Simply "transmit and record" didn´t work till now.

Interestingly, I didn't start having this problem until shortly after the first iOS 15.3 beta arrived in December. Until I saw the reports from here and elsewhere, I had assumed it was specific to that first beta, especially since it started working again for me right after iOS 15.3 beta 2 arrived and I installed it a couple of weeks ago, and it's been fine ever since.

The fact that people were encountering it on iOS 15.2, and some were still encountering it right up until the iOS 15.3 RC suggests that there must have been a combination of server and client-side stuff going on here.

GIFs no longer available in iMessage after 15.3 update. Also other emoji apps, music, YouTube and other apps and stickers not working. Anyone else have this problem? I've tried restarting app and phone and readding the iMessage #images app but it's still not loading any gifs. Any other ideas? Is there a way to revert to the previous update?

thx @Steve247 but the problem persists. AppleTV, HomePod, Apple Watch and iPhone updated to the latest version and restarted. Unplugged the Circle View 2 and plugged it back in... tow days later same issue.. camera offline ??‍♂️ only way to to get the cam working for a couple of days is to unplug the camera. Such a beautiful device but functionality is zero

Works perfect with my Circle 2.
